Holidays are an opportunity to use many beaded items. I enjoy making spheres that have become ornaments on my wire tree. My wire tree was purchased from Cost plus world imports and it is ideal with lots of space between the branches so the ornaments can bee seen better. I made many blue white and crystal balls that can be snow balls for the base of the tree. I also display them in a glass sphere with a battery operated led light string placed in the middle so they shine even more.

My inky dinky snowman pattern,

This sweet little guy is beaded over a wooden form and its easy to make. I think that snowmen should always be made in pairs of two, its always best to have a friend.

Christmas ornaments are beaded over a spherical form. Stay tuned, soon I will publish a basic design pattern for beading spheres.
